A Day At Ollin

Writer's picture: Emias BrownEmias Brown

Friday, January 24, Legacy's SSS Media team took a trip to Ollin, a sleek rehab and training facility where professional athletes came to rebuild their bodies and push their limits. weights, treadmills, and athletes moved with quiet intensity. Our group of students huddled in the lounge, wide-eyed as we took in important information from Dr Luu, the owner, a tall man with a warm smile and a presence that demanded attention. He welcomed us with a firm handshake. Sitting us down,

Titans on the move!

he shared the story of how Ollin came to be. It wasn’t easy, he admitted. He’d started with a dream, but it took years of grit, sleepless nights, and unwavering determination to make it a reality. “It’s not just about helping athletes recover,” he said, leaning forward, “it’s about helping people reach their full potential—physically and mentally." His words hit differently, resonating deeper than any lecture. He spoke of setbacks as lessons and perseverance as the only real key to success. By the time we left, the energy of the place was in us. Ollin wasn’t just a facility—it was a mindset.
